vps registration/no answer

Hi, I made a payment for a basic vps. But I've no feedback if the setup is on the way. I sent E-mails to the support but no answer. It's a very frustrating experience. I feel giving the money then nothing happen and having a wall front of me! I don't know how long it takes to have answers from the support team? Any informations? because on my side I'm not sure if I did the registration the right way.
