Some trades not making profit or loss

Hi,

I've been using Bet Angel for about a month and just checked my Betdaq p/l online. I now see that lots of trades show profit/loss £0.00 but I've always clicked the green button at profit or loss.
This is what shows in P/L: Lay £1 at 3.85, Back £1 at 5.2. Total P/L = £0.00

Could I have a setting wrong?

Your trading out but leaving all your profits on just that selection not hedging your profits equally across each selection, which screen are you trading on?

I'm using the ladder screen and I click the £ figure next to the scales when its profit or I sometimes have the offset and stop

Do you have a tick in the 'green' box?

Make sure the scales DONT have a cross through them,

Crossed = it closes with a equal bet and the amount showing is what you win only if that selection wins and zero if anything else wins
Uncrossed = it closes for that equal profit across all the runners

If you click on spanner icon then the ladder tab and tick the "Show traded profit colum" this will show your green/red P&L figure for any price on the side of the ladder - cross and uncross the scales and you ll see this figure change

For the offset and stop to achieve a equal hedged figure use the offset with greening and stop

I think it was the offset and stop that wasn't right. I just assumed that it would green for profit.
