control panel / action panel

I'd like to suggest an idea of having an un-dockable let's call it "control panel". On this panel we would have buttons that could be liked to some actions like macroses in excel. So at the click of a button we would be able to:
1. apply a nominated rule to the active market
2. lay the field with preset stakes and odds
3. load a screen layout and/or a settings
4. remove suspended markets
5. load next/previous market
