Cancel Entire Rule Option

A suggestion i would like to put forward is to add a "Cancel entire rule" option to guardian automation.

On some of the busy days my in-running rules can be switched midway via guardian as the next off approaches, i do sometimes split the markets across two computers and instances of BA and skip races if i think a possible clash is likely but with long delayed starts the knock on effect through the rest of the day can play havoc and usually i end up having to disable them all.

So it would be handy if i simply had the option to tick a box and specify that if the off time is exceeded by more than X minutes then the rule is ignorded and leave guardian free to switch to the next race.
