There are Meydan races this evening and there's no live video on betfair. Actuality the link exists but it does not work. It happens you may say BUT it did not work on 3rd of December, did not work on 11th and it does not work today. Every time I tweeted them about it and got ~ the same answer: "We have raised the issue with our LV team. We hope to have this resolved asap."
Now the rhetorical question what is the point of tweeting them :?

ps: the 15:35 had ‎£72519 mathced

I know you said it's a rhetorical question but they basically exist just to serve as a punching bag for customers who lost money one way or another

Poor sods who work there get so much abuse on a daily basis it's not even funny, even though people like Badger seem to think it is. They will reply to your queries right away which can be useful but they can only really answer simple questions because they're not privy to anything more than that.

something wrong at your end as i watched the first at meydan ok (betfair vid).

edit: the vid did not "appear" or was not accessable until 11:59 at my end, perhaps that is your problem, the live feed is accessable only really late and you are trying to access it at a time when its not yet available?

Bet365 live feeds are so much better than Betfair, more coverage, more stable. Don't know what they do, but they do it better.

Do you have to stake anything on the market to get the feed with Bet365? I find it a real pain with Betdaq not being able to load the feed until an order has been matched.

No you just need to have funds in your account

Yes, but not a lot of money. I have £1 sat in my account and that's enough to get full access of their site

Cheers - do you ever place bets with them LeTiss?

Will be opening an account by the sounds of it.

This is why the forum is so good to be active on. Finding Little extra pieces of puzzle like this all the time.

I just checked Andy. In 2015 I placed two bets of £20, but log on everyday to watch their live feeds. That £1 balance is never questioned by them.

You might need to place a token bet just to activate the account, but you certainly don't need to be a regular punter

That's very handy - will save all the hassle loading the Betdaq live video once an order has been placed.

Many thanks!
