Help implement an automated strategy

Hi guys, need a little help to see if something is possible.

I would like to have a strategy that will place a bet on a market only if a prior bet has been previously placed and matched on another market - on the same event.

For instance, I would like to place a back bet on a correct score, say 1-1, for a price higher than 10.00. Simple so far. What I would like to do is, if this bet gets matched, to have another bet placed, say a lay on draw in match odds selection.

With guardian there is no way to have a rule place a bet on one market triggered by a matched bet on another even if its within the same event.

Using guardian you could set up a audio alert which would let you know as soon as your first bet has been matched.

I cant say for sure using Excel but suspect it also the case.
