Can someone explain how to apply the "Weight of money Condition" and the "Volume Condition" to, for example, a scalping rule requiring high liquidity.

When scalping its best to have a similar amount of money on either side of the book so setting the WOM conditions to less than 60% & greater than 40% ensures there fairly equally balanced
