Watching UK & Irish horse racing on-line

Evening Dudes,

Is there any way of watching horse racing in the UK and Emerald Isle on line without paying the fairly steep £30 a month or so UK Racing charge?

I know you can use Betfair but ideally I'd like to watch the horses at the start and what have you... but you can only do this if you first slap on a £5 stake...

Any thoughts?

I use KODI for anything I want to watch for free. I havent looked but im pretty sure somewhere your find Racing UK and ATR on there... only problem is i suspect it will have a long delay...

Other then that Im not sure....
