i difficult for me install good audio for vpn betangel.

I m always try but it very difficult.
I try connect in vpn not connect local ressources...
But the sound it not correct..

If you have followed that user guide and its still not working you may have to get someone local to help you with it or do it for you, if there was any issues on the server side then BA will of been able to pick that up and resolve for you so its obviously a setting on your local machine - Page 8 on wards of that user guide detail how this should be set up there, this assumes the sound setting in general on your PC are correctly set and working.

This is a problem that happened to me also back in 2009 when I was using a VPS.

The only solution I found was to log out and back in of the VPS - I could never find a solution.
