Stop Loss

How do I set a stop loss on the back side once I am matched on a trade? If I have a back bet matched at 1.5 for example I can set a stop on the lay side at 1.55.
But if it's the other way around and I have a lay bet matched at 1.5 if i was to set a stop at 1.45 on the back side would it not trigger instantly at the best odd's on offer i.e 1.49 ? Or is not possibly without setting it up on global before the bet is placed?
