Simple Back to Lay Spreadsheet

Sorry probably been asked before but I'm just trying to get to grips with excel integration.

I want to create a spreadsheet for simple back to lay or 'dobbing'.

I have a list of 6-10 horses daily that I want to back 60 seconds before the off and then fire a lay into the keep at a fixed percentage of the back odds.

Can anybody advise the best way of tackling this for an excel novice please. Would it be better with a lookup function on one sheet or opening each market separately in the multiple market spreadsheet?
