Forget daily targets somedays there is more oppertunities than others so stretching for a target or stopping at one if reached early on in the day is not a good idea and will only have a negative effect your trading

Not really sure what you mean by these

When I have to trigger a loss of recovery ?
NEVER use any sort of loss recovery system it will only ever lead to a total loss at some point.

Max lost a day
If your using the correct stakes the losses should nt have no effect and you should view each market independant of the last, that said if something did happen in a market/trade which you knew was effecting you get up and walk away and if you cant shrug it off stop for the day

There is nothing set in stone about bank management most comes down to the type of trading your doing and the risk you want to take,
As a general rule of thumb using a max 10% of your bank per trade is a good place to start just stay within your own comfort zone stake to high or to low and it will effect your trading decisions
