Accessing messages in a full inbox

Hi All

I found out I have 50 messages in my inbox from over the years thus it is now full and has a message stored for me for when I clear some room in my inbox. I have now cleared a lot of old messages but still cant access the waiting message.
Can anyone tell me how I do this.

The will be something to click on at the top of the list of the messages along the lines of:

'Release all on hold messages'

Click that and then they will become available in your inbox.
