+3.5 Games in tennis

Hi All

Can I have some help please. I placed a trade today on the +3.5 games in a tennis game for the first time. I won the trade but I am confused as I thought I had lost it. I backed Cirstea + 3.5 games and the match ended with her losing - 6-4, 3-6, 3-6. I thought that I had lost because the games total was 12 (+3.5) making 15.5 for Cristea against 16 for the opposition

What am I missing please?

You should have lost !!! Cibukolva won 18 games and Cristea won 12 games so Cibukolva won by 4 games so -3.5 Cibukolva are winners and Cristea +3.5 are losers.

If it is a settling mistake by the bookie you will almost certainly get your bet adjusted to be a loser

Thanks for the reply. I thought as much so I guess I will have it adjusted at some stage. Cibukolva actually won 16 games but still was 0.5 better off.

Also when Cibulkova won 16 games so -3.5 Cibukolva are winners and Cristea +3.5 are losers. For a while I have the same result after i used my bet365 bonus from and this bet was also lost.

At the end some players give up their motivation and get a break at the last moment so i dont like this form of betting.
