When I choose to add todays racing, for some reason it almost always loads up some, if not all, of tomorrows racing too, which then means going through and removing those markets. It's not a big deal, but would be nice if it actually did just pull in the races of that particular day. (unless there is a setting I have missed?)
It just pulls up the markets that Betfair have listed, you could use a search string with todays date but that would likely take you longer than doing this way.
Or you could try changing the settings of your alarm clock to get up earlier and load them before Betfair start adding the next days
