Screen recording help

Someone here hopefully can help me.

I have a 4 monitor set up for trading. My Ladder set up is on my bottom right screen.

I have installed Ice cream screen recorder which I have always used, however the keyboard shortcuts dont work on that bottom right hand screen.

I need to be able to just press ctr+r to start recording rather then all the hassle when in a trade. Dont know why it wont work on my set up.
