Stake size alterations

Hi,

I was wondering whether there is a condition or signal that can alter the size of a stake on a runner dependent on whether there is currently another bet live in the market.

For example if you had an automated bet on a runner for £10 and your bot triggered a second runner to back but you wanted to increase the value of the stake on the second runner to £20?

Would this be possible?

Yes its possible with signals and maybe even without depending on exactly what the circumstances you want a increased stake to be used on the 2nd bet.

ie, if you where backing and greening 2 runners but wanted to double the stake on the 2nd if the 1st had nt yet been greened up you could use matched and unmatched conditions on each of the rules to determin what the stake of the 2nd bet would be.

Basically I have a back bet placed in the market at fixed odds of 3 across all runners so when the first runner crosses it triggers a £10 bet but the second to cross I would like to trigger a £20 bet and maybe even the third doubled to £40 just to play around with it but at the same fixed odds?

The green out condition you mentioned sounds interesting but it's not something I would be looking at for this rule

Easiest way assuming you have the first £10 bet triggering fine is make sure this is only allowed to trigger once and if your not already using it add the condition
"Number of Matched bets condition"
on "Market"
is "Equal to" 0

Duplicate the rule by clicking the "two green arrows" icons

Now change the stake to £20 and add a condition
"Number of Matched bets" condition
on "Market"
is "Equal to" 1

Then duplicate the rule again
Change stake to £40
and "Number of matched bets" condition
is "Equal to" 2

and so on if you want to add more
