On the inplay place market i want to back any horse that last traded at 1.52 for 1.5 excluding any horse that was under 1.5 at the off.
Could you give me a pointer on how to set it up at all? I presume it would need a target setting and not sure how to exclude all horses under 1.5 at the off.

You can use the new signals to do this, pre-race use the rule type "Set/Modify a signal only" and set a signal on ANY selection that is below 1.5 (near the off time)
Then using your in-play back rule which would be something similar to the "Back the likely winner" rule from the shared files library add the condtion "Signal Set Condtion" Is there a signal named "X" for selection is NOT set with a value
That should do it.
