Jeez, as though the day wasn't tough enough we wait 15 mins for a rubbish race and then they set it up perfectly to clash with Cheltenham.

With one thing or another this is definately the toughest month I've ever seen on BF

Yes will be glad to see the back of it - last year Jan and Feb were very tough for me I had thoughts of quitting as I let it get to me so much so this year I have approached it totally differently and have seen the snow etc as a chance to take a break rather than as missed opportunities.

I have learn't to accept that over the year the site will go down and to remember a bad week here or there is nothing over the year.

It is important to remember that we need to look at it long term and not just week by week or month by month.

For example the API being rubbish earlier - I looked at it as a chance to have a relaxed lunch rather than get annoyed with it. Makes a big difference imo

I have remained positive throughout this year and reaped the benefits making more than i did in the first 3 months of 2009 in January alone despite it being a rubbish month.

It all comes back to mindset again imo.
