Still having problem with blank Price/Volume chart

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

This seems to be intermittent,
It worked when I first ran Bet Angel this morning and is now blank!

Also the drop down menu is not showing/hidden (both circled) in screen shot
Thanks for any advice
