Newbury Sunday July 24th - PA Day ?

Todays Newbury race meeting is listed as PA. From Google, I think this may mean Press Association, but anyone know what that is ? I notice that even though it's early on the Sunday, there's almost zero liquidity on these races. One to avoid today ?

To elaborate there is much less betting activity on these races and therefore tiny turnover and fairly erratic markets when a PA race is on the card. I never trade them.
