How to place quick auto bet after football market is unsuspe

Is there an easy automation way to put quick bet at certain odd after the football market is unsuspended after a goal?

Assuming you have already created a 'place back bet' or 'place lay bet' rule type then just add the condition 'Unsuspended Time Condition' and enter the number of seconds required.

A couple of quick questions relating to this topic.
A good while ago, I remember seeing a strategy whereby as soon as the market unsuspended after a goal, with the price jumping about you could make a quick and easy (?) arb.
Any football trader knows that when a goal is scored, the O2.5 market drops in price to where the O1.5 market was.
Lets say the O 1.5 market was at 1.7 when a goal goes in. Would it be possible to have your bot place a bet on the O2.5 market at e.g 1.8, knowing the price will settle at around 1.7?
And more importantly, how would a newbie to automation like me, set this up?

I'll save you some time, using betangel you won't stand a chance. You need to be taking advantage of market streaming, vps etc. Even then I couldn't get matched...
