I am at the end of my first proper week of trading and losing... but I think its good :D

I am winning more races a day and losing less but my losses still outweigh my wins :D

I am enjoying it though... just need to dig deep and keep going I think...

Dave has been awesome at guiding me and the workshop has been helpful but nothing beats staring at the markets for hours on end trying to guess what is happening...

Had a 22 tick profit today and a 17 tick profit the other day :D so I am getting the idea and seem to have an idea what I am doing

Sounds like your making good head way I hope things continue to go well for you. From what I have read virtually everyone loses money when they first start trading. I imagine there will be the odd exception that does well from the start. This being either down to pure luck or perhaps like in all human activities you will get the one in ten thousand person who is a natural trading genius.

I have read a bit about a guy named Adam Heathcote (not sure about the spelling), I think he did Peters course a while ago and posted up videos of his trading. He made a huge amount of money in a very short period of time but I am not sure if he trades any longer.

Unfortunately I think he had a lot of stick due to the success he was getting, I guess if you are trying your best to make money out of this and don't seem to be getting anywhere after several years. Then you watch a video of a guy who perhaps has been trading for 5 mins and he is making thousands per week it could make you rather frustrated.

This is where you have to think of the one in ten thousand person, some people just will be naturally gifted when it comes to trading, there is no point feeling annoyed towards them, they are just lucky.

Well done Danny.

Invest in the screen time, allow yourself to lose money (treat it as a learning process) and more importantly, enjoy the ride.

Have a green Saturday!
