Is it just me, or did this race go in play about a minute early?

Check your PC clock as it didn't go off early.

I had the same problem two weeks ago, those who remember it know I took a 30 ticks loss just in one race.

I had to update my bios and set it's clock correctly, as the windows server clock isn't sufficiently accurate and if you turn off sinchronization, your pc will 'read' the time in your bios.

I set a reminder on my mobile to set the computer's clock every sunday ;)

At the start of the racing day we always snyc to the clock that we see coming from a racing channel. Even then there was an incident where a race went off early the other day so nothings 100% foolproof!

Unfortunately that's not an option for someone like me trading outside the UK, due to the picture's lag...

I keep a 15' advance on the watch, just in case....

Betfair live video isn't a million miles behind so you may want to use that now and again to check.

Thank you, I make a very simple verification, by noting the time when the market went inplay. I get delays ranging from 2 to 10 seconds using bf video, that explains why I chose the 15 seconds advance.

But thank you, anyway :)
