actually, there may be a case for having a freeform note datafield that gets stored in your local database that is particular to your observations. I could see this as being useful, i.e.

Lingfield: Unpredictable on shorter flat races when the going is heavy. (etc, etc)

This could be a link that could be invoked from the UI to either view or edit at any point (or simply act as a tooltip on hovering).

i can understand people wishing all these bells and whistles but it will not help your trading by filling bet angle up with needless stuff, more buttons, more box's to un tick, more crap squeezed onto each screen and so on.

course infomation is easy to find on the net with no effort at all, why bloat out bet angel with stuff thats not needed.

what is needed is a betangel lite
