Automated Lay the Draw (In-Play) help

Hello Everyody!

I got lost when Im trying to set this rule up in Guardian Automation Rules Editor!
Its very similar the only different is that the program is cheks the lay odds of the draw and if that is smaller then the Starting Price then trigger!
Now the problem is I can't make the program for trigger
I need a common rule for all of the games otherwise I could setup "LAY PRICE < 3.5" and then it will fire..But sometimes i do lay higher odds in the game then this! I attached the picture for my rules hope anybody has an idea how i made mistake or what is wrong with my rule? All I need is that the program check if the draw lay odds lower the the starting price between the 15-20 minutes in play and if yes then lay the draw and if score happens then all green up.
Any help or advice I would appreciate!

Thanks I modified them but looks like they are too big now

If you use the 'Histotic Relative odds condition'
To check the last traded price of Betfair row 3 (Draw is always row 3 of every match)
is now less than
the last traded price 900 secs ago (15 mins)
minus X ticks or odds

That should achieve what your looking to do

You could also look at setting up a signal to identify when/if a goal is scored
