Hi,

I've come to learn that it's good to find a niche with your trading and to find what works for you.. I've been monitoring my trading & looking back at my profits now I'm going to aim just what works for me, if I'm able to execute this just approx 5 times a week then I'm happy.

If there's anyone else out there who started off in the same vein could I ask if anyone found it reasonably easy to then start to trade different scenarios and if so did it affect your main 'bread & butter' method of trading, basically was it easy to switch.

Also, is there anyone on here that scalps AND swings, obviously not in the same market.. or do you?

I am not sure if you have watched many sports trading vids on you tube, but you will often see traders who are in a swing trade also do a bit of scalping on the same market while they are in the swing trade.

Please don't take any offence, but your question(s) are too vague to really provide anything other than a yes and no answer. You mentioned that you have been reviewing your results and have isolated where you are most profitable and that it is your intention to focus on that (which makes perfect sense to me)... and then you proceed to ask how difficult it is to start to trade different scenarios and whether people take into account both long and short term positions??... It is difficult to advise when unsure what the specific question is...
