Brendan Powell JNR & 2 others on a possible rape charge

As I am sure most have you have seen.

Brendan Powell and two other Jockeys were arrested and are on bail for a potential rape charge.

Now, not here to express an opinion. What I do find really interesting is the BHA have allowed them to continue to ride. However, if any are charged in December will they let them to continue to ride?
Being charged doesn't make them guilty right? I have a sneaky feeling they won't be allowed to ride. With that in mind shall they let them to continue to ride. I mean if they are charged and they stop them from riding isn't that a bit hypocritical?
