How much is needed to do 'Make Market'

I would like to know how much funds I need reserved in my Betfair to do a Make Market in Bet Angel?

Let say I am going to do £1000, back 4.5 and lay 4.6
Its going to back 4.6 and lay 4.5 at the same time.

Will I need to have the value reserved of:
the back and lay = £1000 + £3500 = £4500
the lay = £3500
the back = £1000

I would appreciate your help.

You would need £3500 in BF - to cover the worst case loss (the lay liability).
