Delay in data - verified vs unverified Betfair accounts

Hi,

There's a HUGE delay between data coming from a verified Betfair account and another that is not verified, has anyone else seen this before?

I opened 2 instances of BetAngel, both with the same exact configuration : one connected to the verified and the second to the unverified Betfair account. On the video below you can see the ladder on the left from the unverified account, and the ladder on the right from the funded/verified. The speed difference/delay is enormous!

Refresh rates are the same. Both accounts are on the same country and exchange. I've already called Betfair support and there is no restriction whatsoever.

What could be causing this?

If the account thats refreshing quickly has no funds in it try adding some, you ll probebly find it behaves as normal.
