In-play betting possible from Australia?

anyone here from Australia who live outside VIC know if it is possible to bet in-play on UK horse races?

I know that Australia got some restrictions for in-play betting, but don't know if that includes UK horse racing.

In-play betting is available in Aus on all English races.
English races generall start around 2300 hrs depending on whether daylight saving is in operation.
You will need to burn some midnight oil.
