This is what happened. I had placed all my bets in Live mode. My balance before placing the bets was £90.99 as shown in the bottom right information on the Betangel live screen.
So far so good.
I placed bets on ten horses and the total risk came to £90. I also clicked Keep All which I took as keep all bets in play. So after the race I had one red and nine green. Which I took as I had won all the green money. That is the Red money was £2.36 which is a loss and each of the nine green money was £9.69 nine times. Before the off I had checked the Green box.
At the off my balance was £84.22
After the race nothing happened and I thought I could see how much had gone into my account but the balance was still showing ££84.22 nineteen minutes after the end of the race.
Also for the next race I wanted to bet on I placed my bets and then tried to click Keep All but the keep all button did not work so I cancelled my bets with eight minutes to go before the off.
I am a beginner and I need your advice on what happened here.

You win or lose the amount of money shown below the selection which wins the race. By greening up your trying to ensure the profit or loss is equal across all selections so the end result does not matter - you win or lose the same amount.
So even if you had £9.69 showing against 9 runners you get paid that amount if one of them wins. If the one that had a red -£2.36 wins you would lose that amount.
