This may look quite a bit odd and unsual, but I had a situation today which I cannot explain and got me a bit frustrated. I've been trading horses for the past few days using betangel software. So far so good. Today I traded some UK afternoon races, 3 to be exact. On two of them I made a one tick profit, on another I made a two tick profit. The problem is... I didn't get the money on my betfair account. I waited for a few hours but still nothing. So I decided to check on the "log" tab at betangel to see if there was a problem. And to my surprise, it said I broke even on all 3 of my trades.
It showed that I opened a lay at, for example, 2.54, and closed one tick above (2.56), putting me even. All 3 of them were like that. Now, I can absolutely say I closed at a profit on all 3 of them, I placed a lay bet then closed for the predicted profit on the "one click" tab. It worked fine the last few days, just today it showed even on every trade. Unless I've gone mental I'm pretty sure I closed at a profit, I can absolutely guarantee it. But the log and my balance say otherwise. Anyone has any clue as to what has happened? I know this looks a bit insane and... stupid, and this may be a newbie question, but I could use some help regarding this situation as I found it to be pretty annoying.

Check to see if your back and lay stakes where for the same amount.

Hi Dallas! I believe I greened up the same way as I did on the previous days. I actually do not mind posting here the relevant parts from the betangel log.

The problem with this is that I could swear I did not green up at the odds said here. When I clicked the corresponding trade profit button there was a profit number there. What I am trying to say is that I greened up at higher odds. 3.50 on Poppy Kay, 3.75 on Flaming Charmer and 2.60 on Greyed A. I am absolutely sure of this so either something very bizarre has hapenned or I need to go and get my eyes checked.

As i suspected and which can be seen from your log your not greening up just closing the trade as your back and lay stakes are the same. At the top of your trade profit column tick the 'green' box to enable greening up on the once-click screen
Either you have never been greening up but the selections you have traded in previous days just so happen to of won so you where paid out or you have been greening but have since unticked this box without noticing so are now only closing the trade

The box is, infact, unticked. I might have just got lucky previously. I think I see the problem now. I will however read up on the link you have posted. Thanks a million for your help! And my apologies for this sort of absolutely novice question.
