Here's a very open question for the forum. Simple question. Has any forumers used the BA Pro software for their own Betfair trading courses? In fact, would it be legal without Bet Angel management permission?

You don't need Microsoft's permission to teach someone Word. So I'd compare the Ts&Cs.

Surely free advertising for them ;)

Are you going to teach people how to snipe? ;)

You can demonstrate the software without too many issues, but you can't use restricted content that you have been given or agreed not to reproduce or is held under copyright. Best to ask directly if you are uncertain.

From what I've seen most of these 'pro traders' seem to have link ups with the vendors to actively promote the software and their courses. I've lost track of the amount of emails I get offering 3 months free trials of software with every purchase of an ebook :)

Promotion of the software would not be how I would present the course. I mean, if it were okay with BA, I would simply show how to make money on Betfair with the use of the 'betting bot.'!! Plus, I would not promote the course south of the border!!!!
