Excel Not Opening When Open Workbook Selected?

Just wondered if anyone can help, trying to open an excel sheet up in the same way I always have in guardian and its not even opening excel on my desktop... anybody got any clues?

Ignore that, I downloaded kutools for excel and it didnt allow it to open, all sorted. :roll:
