last few race volume

in your opinio,why the last few races there is' a drop in volume?
the book are empty and the odds are so simple to manipulate,then i prefer stop trading..

today,in conjiunction with the first race at newcaste i saw the volumes drop down(hereford 16,30-newc 16.25 etc etc)
