Newbie to Spreadsheets

Discussion regarding the spreadsheet functionality of Bet Angel.

Hi

I'm trying to setup a Excel sheet that I can put in certain Guardian aspects.

I want to populate a list for the days Racing which I would start an hour out from the 1st race of the day so I would look to have:

Market
IP% & Volume Diff
LTP
Name of FAV horse for that Market
Green or Red Cell
Remarks - Strong/Weak/BACK or LAY

I'm wondering whether it is possible to populate some of this information

At the moment I'm writing this down so wondering if I can populate this to a spreadsheet through BetAngel or will I have to copy and paste this to a spreadsheet?
