Greening not work :? help

hello im new here

and i have a problem, sometimes i cant close bet when i push green button, to make profit or reduce loss on all participants, just dont response ? ?
why ?

If you can explain a bit better I am sure we can help. If you can lay out clearly what you are doing that should narrow things down a bit.

i play horse raceing, and when i put a bet (example lay @20, but if it starts to fall i wanna close that bet with "green" (i put the mark on "green") and when i click any field below (trade profit feild) - nothing happens
same case when is "Trade profit" green... it happens to me often but not always, sometims i just click and is done

(I play on "one-click")

It may be best to contact support so they can work out where you are going wrong. There are not any known issues?

i did have a similar problem myself yesterday. checked to see if any background programmes were slowing the computer but this wasn't the case. i clicked the green up button a few times and nothing seemed to happen then while trying to sort out in another betangel programme it 'greened up' repeatedly?
first time this has happened but then again i've recently changed to a new computer(OS windows 7).
