All open bets cancelled again??? Does [key] in this log indicate I have hit a hot key that has done this?Wildly wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2017 2:24 amI've had all unmatched bets on this market cancelled on at least 3 occasions over the past few days. These don't show in my betfair transaction history. One of those times I saw cancellations listed in BA log but can't now as I've since closed and re-opened BA.
Anyone know what's going on with that? I'm not sure if the market was suspended and bets cancelled with Dustin Johnson news but this was also happening in days prior.
Shortcut Key Problem

Sorry i thought you were refering to the Keyboard shortcut editor as thats what leaves the word 'key'in the log
For the older regular hotkeys there is no button to 'cancel all' just the following
Z – Cancel unmatched bets in left column
X – Cancel unmatched bets in right column
C – Close position at current price
Space bar – ‘Net stake’
Return/Enter - Centre ladders

Found I had a shortcut key C to cancel all unmatched. Now have edited shortcut and ticked box 'ignore when focused on a text box' but in the ladder when I select drop down menu for player's names and hit C it still cancels all.
Any help please? Aside from avoiding Charley Hoffman

A text box is something like the market 'search' area which you can type in, so that you can still search for markets without triggering an action.

Hi,
Does BA allow for a shortcut key to be programmed for a specific global setting?
Or a utech mouse key?
Thanks,
Laurent

Select Settings then the Behaviour tab, that the allows you to set keyboard shortcuts.Laugro1968 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 09, 2017 10:41 pmDoes BA allow for a shortcut key to be programmed for a specific global setting?
