Incorrect Premium Charge?

I was just contacted by a fellow trader who said there Premium Charge Statement seemed incorret, it was showing that they made more profit than they actually did last week.

So I just checked mine at the portal and compared it against my P&L for the same period and mine also was incorrect

I must be missing something, but it seems weird that it is wrong for two of us. Want to get my facts right before I go knocking down Betfair's door

Also it has me questioning previous weeks statements now, I kind of assumed Betfair always got it right, not so sure now!

Is anyone else's wrong?

I contacted BF about this a couple of weeks ago. They showed I made more on the PC statement than on my P+L statement. Their response was that the PC statement showed gross profit and the P+L showed net (minus commission.) Even doing the rough calculations it seemed a bit out to me...

If you look at your normal Betfair P&L it is net of commission, the premium charge statement is gross of commission. That may account for a difference, or is it bigger than that?
