Hi
I am trying to create a rule to lay a player who has gone a set and a break up.
I want to lay for a set liability and below a specific price point.
I only want the lay to trigger once so how do I go about specifying the score conditions?

If I select relative score and select the selection is 1 set ahead,
then set 1 game or more ahead will this not risk triggering in the event of a double break (I don't want this)

OR do I have to list using the fixed score option all the permutations of scorelines that may apply.
If I do this will this not then risk triggering multiple bets?

I want to green up if the other player breaks back and then goes onto win the set.

Any help would be very much appreciated as I just cannot get this to work
thanks

On your lay rule add the following conditions

Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 1 set ahead of opponent

Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 1 or more games ahead of opponent

Tennis Serving condition
Selection is serving

To green up on a break back (during a set) on your close trade with greening rule add the following conditions

Number of matched bets condition
on the market is greater than 0

Tennis Serving condition
Selection is NOT serving

Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 1 or less games ahead of opponent

To green up at the start of new set use the following conditions

Number of matched bets condition
on the market is greater than 0

Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 0 sets ahead of opponent

Dallas

Many thanks for your help - VERY appreciated.

Can I just ask though with the recommended
Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 1 set ahead of opponent

Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 1 or more games ahead of opponent

Say I have a minimum price stipulation for the lay - say 1.15 and this is not met if the player
breaks first in the second set and then goes on to get a double break and the price dips under will this then trigger the lay. I don't want to lay a double break of serve.

Could I please ask how I would green up after the break back is achieved and then the player holds serve?
Again thank you

For the first part add the following to your lay bet (and of course ensure you have your fixed odds cond set at <1.15)

Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 3 or less games ahead of opponent

For the green up part use

Number of matched bets condition
on the market is greater than 0

Tennis Serving condition
Selection is NOT serving

Tennis Relative Score Condition
Selection is 0 or more games ahead of opponent

Dallas, do you think it should be 2 or less games ahead as 3-0 in the second set is obviously a double break?

No it would need to be 3 or less, depends on who serves first its still possible to be 3 games behind without being two breaks down

Dear Dallas
things are working now. Could I ask, if I want to lay in the 3rd set as well - should I start the rule with
"Tennis Fixed Score condition"
1 set each
Games: any score
Points: 0

and then add the rules you suggested for the 2nd set triggers?

thanks again in advance

If you add the rule type 'Checkpoint Matched Bets' and use the following condition
Tennis Fixed Score Condition
Selection & Opponent
Sets ANY
Games 0
Pts 0

That will reset any matched bets so far so your existing rules can retrigger again

Sorry Dallas, but won't those conditions risk a second bet triggering in the second set if the break back is achieved?
I just want one bet set 2 and one bet set 3 to trigger

thanks

Not if you add a number of matched bets condition is equal to 0 to your lay rule as it will only be able to trigger once until the checkpoint triggers and resets this at the start of the next set

thanks - I will try with today's matches - do I add this rule after the previous greening rule and then repeat the previous greening rule after that - does that make sense?

Add the rule type 'Checkpoint Matched Bets' below your greening rule but you dont need to add a further greening (remember your greening rule only triggers when matched bets is greater than 0 so once the checkpoint match bets has triggered your original green up rule will start a fresh after a lay is triggered).
