Just wanted to know exactly how the (excellent) guardian feature works with excel
I use this extensively and have written lots of code in excel/VBA to instruct bet angel guardian what to bet
My question is, what is the order of cycle by which guardian reads and refreshes the excel worksheets?
Does it read -> refresh, or refresh -> read or does it do the reading and refreshing on different independent cycles? I know you can set the time delay for cycling the markets, does this also affect how often it reads the spreadsheet for instructions?

(PS when i say 'read' i mean 'look at the spreadsheet for instructions and pass these through the API)
