Automation log messages & greening tollerance

1. What does "[stage 3S]" & "[stage 1F][1000_0.01]" mean in the automation log?

2. Also what is the tollerance when it comes to checking if Greening trx actually need to be fired , quite often the outcomes are within a few pennies (ie near enough) but the greening keeps firing and can make things worse and the odd penny transactions are pretty unnecessary.
