impossible to cancel unmatched bets and PnL not seeable

Same here. When I click to place a bet, it beeps as normal, but no visible evidence of the bet appears. But the bet amounts reduce my account balance until they are evidently cancelled at the off. My log page on Bet Angel is full of endless reports of:

"An error occurred while getting profit and loss information: Betfair Internal Error occurred
An error occurred while getting unmatched bets: Betfair Internal Error occurred"

yeah this is bullshit,I just lost $200 bucks cause I couldnt complete my trade...the horse had to win didnt it..
is this normal on a Sat? if so I'm never trading saturadays again..
would they be doing this on purpose?

same thing was happening to me yesterday, the only way I could find out my position and activate the trades I wanted was to log directly onto betfair site and do it the old fashion way.

can't see my bets even through the betfair interface. No announcements on BF, nothing here either..huge lack of respect for customers

From what I can gather this seems to be a BF or internet issue. I'm not seeing any issues here and I'm based in the UK, are you guys who are experiencing problems outside of the UK?

I seem to recall that some customers outside of the UK, got through BF infrastructure in Malta, there could be a problem there which is only affecting international customers. But I'm only guessing here really.

Same here, from Spain.

I can't see my bets neither in BetAngel nor in Betfair. Other times I had this issue I could go to Betfair and see my bets there, so I supposed it was a Betfair API problem. Today, as I say, I can't see them with either method.

Also, if I go to MyAccount on BF and choose to see my current bets it pops out the typical message of "We're experiencing technical difficulties.. blablabla".

Great day to get caught and to not trade... Thanks Betfair! Each doing your best to let us down!

I'll post if I discover anything more.
