HELP!

Ok I was up like 15 quid today .. (using 20's) and then i had to red up quickly when a race went into play at -25p. At first it was being completely unresponsive after clicking a few times and I couldnt seem to do it and suddenly it redded up at -25p. I didn think anything of it until I checked my P&l on Betfair and it told me I was £19.90 down on that race! This is impossible! Help please??

You thought your initial clicking wasn't doing anything when in fact it was but the API was not returning anything, so you ended up submitting the same order a few times which accounts for the loss I would guess.

You've clicked the hedge button more than once to lay Mizzurka but due to the API problems its only shown on betangel once. Try not to get to annoyed with yourself, its an easy mistake to make. Just make sure than when the API is playing up you double check everything twice or better still stop trading till its ok. Having a copy of the betfair website open is always a good backup in case of problems

As said above you have clicked more than once to hedge, the API hasn't returned the info so you think you haven't submitted but actually have.
As said, keep the webpage loaded up as well and if all else fails give BF a call. If they tell you wrongly you have some come back then as all calls are recorded.
