Would love to be in that position but the way I'm feeling right now, I can't see it. I just don't understand how people can make consistent profit doing this, nevermind make a living out of it.

i am begining to think these forums are populated by yanks; if things go bad threads full of useless traders slapping each other on the backs, telling each
other getting worse can only be expected (and sometime implying getting worse is good) and to read or watch some some financial trading guru ( usually a yank with big teeth), and other such clap trap. now a positive enjoying things trading thread.
oh dear

some people might want to have an outlet to talk to other traders , no one i know in my life does what i do so hence no one to discuss it with whether its negative or positive , so maybe here is where people want to do it

Not sure about pinching myself, punching maybe. I think for a lot of us doing it FT it eventually just becomes another job, a decent paying one maybe, but another job with just as many drawbacks as positives and can feel like groundhog day after a while. But I do remember the excitement from when I started earning decent amounts on a regular basis so try and hang onto that as long as you can because it's generally complacency when errors start to creep in.

Don't get bothered about people disagreeing with you , it's a forum so not everyone's going to agree.

Why not just let people talk about it if they want to, and click on threads that interest you.

You can but it takes time, some 1 year, some 4 years like me (paid £6000) to learn, (all paid back now) from trading earnings
:D , but i chose to keep my Job, which is shiftwork and pays well and isnt boaring (lots of activity different days), get plenty free time, i trade about 2 and a half hours a day with no targets, take what profit is on table (after letting a trade run its best move). You have to learn your edge, it is a journey but a real good one, but one thing not to do is take it up and think you will be a millionare over night that deffinetly wont happen.
