You may not understand from the title. So I will start from the beginning.
I want to start trading on betfair using a software . and I want to do that using betangel . But I want to know , as a beginner , Do I need to buy the Professional version , or is the Trader version enough for me ?
I ave an ideea on how to trade , but I am more interesting on scalping . Are the limitation on betfair trader going to affect me ?
I understand from the comparision page that Trader doesnt have in play trading . is this right ?
thanks for your time !
Need help choosing the tipe of license

It's only a personal opinion but if you are very new, I'd suggest you try Trader first. It will help you to focus on a few basics rather than being overwhelmed and distracted by the the huge range of features in Pro. You can easily upgrade at anytime if you feel limited. Good luck.
that's a good point. Can I ask you , if I decide to upgrade , how is it going to work ?ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2017 4:04 pmIt's only a personal opinion but if you are very new, I'd suggest you try Trader first. I mean if I upgrade in the middle of my trader subscription will I pay the entire price for PRO or not ?
thanks !
You can trial both for 14 days for free (if you have not yet had a trial in the past) and as Shaun says start with trader find you way around then try pro and experiment with the additional features then decide what suits your needs best.
Just to clarify about in-play with the trader version - you can still bet/trade in-play exactly the same as you can with the pro version.
Its the in-play trader tool thats only available as part of the pro version

Oh !
thanks for your answers .
I have to tell you that a long time ago when I heard about betfair and traiding I used the trial periods on all the programs I could find (yea...) without any results . Now I want to learn something for good . I think I will buy trader after all .
Thanks again !

Both version work with Betfair.ro accounts but due to a recent change by Betfair when using the RON currency only the Pro version will let you use stakes of less than 10 RON (equivalent to £2 GBP).
The Trader version has not yet been updated so you will be able to use it but wont be able to bet with stakes below this minimum untill its been updated
OK. my account is in euros . so I guess is ok . thanks!Dallas wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2017 4:31 pm
