Part matched fill and kill bets

Hi

I'm currently doing some testing using minimum stakes. I have a rule which places a fill and kill back bet which has seemed to work fine but this morning a full match wasn't possible. £1.20 was matched which showed in the matched bets section of BA as a matched bet but the £0.80 was unmatched, but as I was just testing I thought I would leave the £1.20 bet and not try to get more matched.
I then checked in my betfair account a few hours later and the £1.20 wasn't there so it must have been cancelled by betfair due to being below minimum stakes?

Anyway my question is how can I make sure that the fill and kill bets don't stop until the full amount is matched on a selection? It's not so much of a problem during testing but I'll be using larger stakes eventually.

I have just read this from another post by Dallas:

One thing to be aware of and that you'll need to decide in advance is - Assume your stake is £100 and only £44 is matched before the remainder is killed you would need to decide if you want to set your rule up to allow a further £100 stake to be triggered meaning you could have far more than the initial £100 eventually matched or accept that this selection has only had £44 matched (trying to add a further £56 to make it up to £100 is not possible).

So it seems that there is no easy way to fill/kill partly matched bets. I think I'm just going to extend the amount of time that unmatched bets are kept for.
