Hi. New day...new problems. My advanced chart has stopped moving. Anyone an idea what's happened and how I can fix it? Cheers.

All advanced charts or just one?
Is everything else working? ie you haven't accidentally unticked the refresh box?

The set-up is that I have one saved screen view for which I have two different settings. when I switch between the settings the chart stops streaming.

When you switch to the setting that doesn't work if you check all market prices are they still changing/updating to confirm your still refreshing using that setting?

If your still refreshing and other advanced charts also fail to work its likely that settings profile has become corrupt so you may just have to delete and create another

Everything else is still refreshing, so you're most likely right. Should I just delete the saved settings and do them again? Will that be enough?

It should be, you could perhaps redo the setting first (saving as a different name) then once you know its working delete the defunct one
