Just to verify if it's only me who has the problem... but can't connect in neither mode nor does the web load.

Anyone more?

Website has come back again... too late to close my trade on Curr 4.30 race... Thanks Betfair...

API hasn't still come back.

From Spain, just in case is an international issue again and we gotta start thinking about moving to UK or something...

Cheers!

Can't see anyone else reporting issues on the various forums, perhaps a local issue?

Could you not get through on the phone either?

Sorry to hear about what I assume was a loss.

All back to normal now it seems...

I don't know what might have happened... every other Internet-related thing was working ok. I reset my router and all was the same... and it hasn't been till one minute ago that I have been able to connect through API again.

As it usually happens... of course, it produced a loss, a little big one. So thanks for the kind words.
As of the phone thing... what can I say... lesson learned :(.

Thanks for everything. Cheers!

To take a positive from a negative - make sure you print out a little sheet of paper with the telephone numbers for Betfair and you TAN number and the procedure to get through to an operator and keep it next to your computer and have your phone handy whenever trading.

Hopefully then in the future you will be able to get out via the phone.

I know it's a newbie error (basically what I am!), but it's one of those things you always keep saying "I have to do that...". Now it has become a "I'm gonna do it right now" thing, haha!

Thanks for all!

Hi
Just to add to this...(I'm sure most full timers know this..but it might just help someone..)
If you have more than one account (I have one main trading account and a couple of other accounts in my name, for hedging and testing)..then dont forget each account has a DIFFERENT TAN...so you need to keep a note of all of them..
regards
Peter
